Mackie's Enterainment is staffed by Volunteers, mainly from in and around Yorkshire but with some from further afield.Mackie's Enterainment has over 50 years of markeing and communications experience. and we deal with the media production with the broadcasting experience, others do not, but all have a commitment to providing the world with interesting and topical chat alongside local news, views and events, including a vastly diverse range of music to suit any ear Mackie's Enterainment also have a local magazine that is to help with the production of the radio show and the media we also run local reports and revews on festival's gigs and music.
​It allows people the opportunity to work in the medium of radio and production and to develop skills that may be transferable to other areas of work and social outlets. It serves as a voice for community groups to be promoted throughout the area and runs training for people who are not familiar with technical skills on radio equipment as well as developing their IT skills.
This increases communication skills as well as building confidence.

Since our conception we have had multiple presenters and production staff going on to work at various stations and production outlets from (BBC London, Viking FM, Aire FM, The Pulse and Galaxy in New York) Also The Live Now Die Later radio show keeps cropping up on a variety of TV programmes from Emmerdale to wentworth prison and lots and lots more
Live Now Die Later are not a full time radio station but they do have lots of successful broadcasts across the world on lots of station's over the years on the road we aired from Yorkshrie to across the whole of the EU onto the USA and lots and lots more across the whole world on more than 25 million radio's a week you can hear Jamie's or are DJ's Voice's Are aim is to move on and get a restricted service licences with an aim to become a fully licensed 24/7 community radio station; a goal that we have not get achieved we havea aim for the future is to develop further as a radio show station and proving roadshows across the area.
Radio and Enterainment can be a far more potent force than television for getting messages across to people. Live Now Die Later and Mackie's Enterainment is a committed member of the Community and Radio Association whose code of practice is to take positive action to ensure that the needs of the listening audience is met through selective program scheduling and by listening and acting on what our audience tells us they want!
Mackie's Enterainment and Live Now Die Later allows local talent the ability to show the world what they can do, featuring local musicians, comedians, bands, poets, actors, writers and businessmen and women, as well as highlighting issues which affect the local community such as housing, education, sport, disabilities and local recruitment availability.
